Great price and quick delivery. I had a query re the status of my order so had to contact customer services. They went over and above to help me and even emailed me the next day to give me an update. I will definitely be buying from Attitude Clothing again.

Really wouldn’t use this place ordered a necklace recently the picture looked amazing but when it came it was just a almost 2d cut out of some alcrylic with some little bits of paint whiles the pictures seemed like a very detailed 3d necklace very unhappy

We ordered some demonia boots on the 9th of May. They were shipped in time. Great condition. Packaging excellent. Cannot fault you guys Keep up the good work!!!

I bought quite a few things and everything was received in perfect condition having been individually professionally wrapped with bubble wrap. There was an unusual complication when I tried paying with my card and had to use an alternative payment method. I even had to check only one payment had been taken. I also aimed for the £50 free delivery seemingly without restrictions but could not attain it. The delivery though only took a week which is pretty good.

I've only purchased from this company once but so far I am happy. The clothes I ordered look better in real life than they do on the website, they are good quality and fit perfectly. The only issue I had was the website saying my products would be delivered within 2 days, however I did not get a dispatch email until 5 days later and delivery the day after, so a total of 6 days. Which is fair enough, I don't mind waiting, however it is annoying that they didn't honour the dispatch time and postage that they offered on the website. Nevertheless, I am happy with the products I ordered and everything was well packaged and arrived safely with no damage. I will be buying from this company again.

Purchased a bowl and spoon set, delivery was prompt and hassle free - the spoon was missing however when I called I got through to a super nice person who arranged next day delivery of the missing spoon.

Very satisfied with all aspects.

I am surprised at some of these reviews as I've had to be refunded/ sent a replacement a couple of times over the last few months and they've been amazing both times.

After a dozen emails, and a conformation from them that my return was received in good order I still did mot receive my refund. This is now over a year ago, don't buy from them, plus their clothes and shoes can be found cheaper without the chance of your money being kept! Sad bunch of C....

I am very happy with my most recent purchase from Attitude Clothing and wanted to share my experience. I've previously been burned in the past with other online Goth / Alternative clothing outlets ripping customers off with fake product images and extremely poor quality garments (Wish quality clothes at 200% markup). This was absolutely not the case with Attitude Clothing! I purchased 3 pairs of men's pants which all arrived in good condition in a timely manner (delivery to mainland UK address). The synthetic fibre blend makes them very comfortable to wear, they fit perfectly and look great. I'm confident enough in the experience that I would purchase from them again.

Selection is okay but the customer service is absolutely dire - nobody replies on anything to help with orders, they need a live chat or something

For the past 6 months or so I've been buying a brand of hair dye called Lunar Tides. I know they're from America so are obviously imported in but the dye is so good! Unfortunately, attitude clothing have stopped selling it and I can't buy it now without paying extortionate shipping fees.

I've tried contacting Attitude clothing to ask them for a reason as to why they've stopped selling as it seemed they kept selling them pretty quickly. They have not responded to my email nor my Instagram message. Poor customer service from them and I won't buy from them ever again. Well done (sarcasm).

I want to say a BIG thank you to Amy, through no fault of this company my parcel went awry, Amy went above and beyond to get me a replacement which arrived the next day. The quality of the products are amazing and my husband loved his gift of a new wallet. I was extremely impressed with the rings and the Beelzebat ornament. Highly recommended company.

I placed two orders within three days of each other, the first was for a pair of Demonia platforms and the second for some clothing and household items. The clothing was dispatched via standard delivery after 3 days but there was no word about the shoes. Two days later the c+h items arrived as described. As for quality, they are your stereotypically marked-up, delicate goth clothes with wildly inaccurate size charts. If you've owned goth stuff before then you know what I mean. That being said, I love them. By the time these items arrived it had been 7 days since I ordered the shoes with no word.

A few days later I emailed Attitude and received a swift reply assuring me the shoes were dispatching soon. I live in England and the shoes were listed as available via standard delivery, in stock and ready for dispatch. Over the subsequent days I received 2-3 emails (without prompt) reassuring me that my shoes were dispatching 'this week' and 'shortly'. I was annoyed by this point. Two days after the last email, the shoes dispatched and arrived quickly. They are as described. I do not wear my shoes outside which is why I felt comfortable buying Demonias considering they are notorious for having a short lifespan. I sized up and they are extremely comfortable. I love them but I wouldn't order again because I do not appreciate being lied to about stock levels with 'COVID' being used as an excuse to cover for the fact they DO NOT stock their shoes and when you place an order they order them in from the manufacturer. Restrictions were lifting or gone by this point and smaller companies/indie sellers were able to provide undisrupted service.

The main piece of feedback it is that this company needs to keep up with contemporary dispatch times and accurately label their products. I will not order again because I can buy the same brands elsewhere and receive them within 2 days.

Ordered from Attitude Clothing a few times now, mostly for my daughter. I recently placed a big order as part of her 21st birthday presents and although it was really well packaged, unfortunately one item was damaged when it arrived. Contacted customer service and the item was replaced the same day. Can't ask more for that. Daughter is always happy with the quality of the clothes and items we have ordered. Thanks Attitude :)

I received good service after having to return a t-shirt and then again after having to cancel and re-order. Good communication.
